Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Highenergy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges be pay by customer due to address errors and this will be the customer's responsibility.

How to ensure the products reach you on time?

1. Provide a valid mobile number.
2. Double-check the selected size.
3. Double-check the selected color.
4. Double-check the selected product.
5. Verify the accurate shipping address.
6. Confirm the correct pin code.

Delivery Issues:

• In the event of delivery issues, such as lost or damaged items, please contact our customer service team at highenergy2024@gmail.com. within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
• In case of damaged items, we kindly ask you to provide an unboxing video of the parcel right after it's delivered for a smooth assistance provided which, you can select either a return/replacement of the product/s. 

Note : Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours.

You can track your order on respective website of courier company. We send you courier receipt / Tracking details on email or whatsapp.
